Kick start 2017 with brand new tasty specials inspired by a region in Spain!!To make 2017 the best year so far our team are taking inspiration from a different region of Spain every month, meaning every time you dine with us there will be new, mouthwatering dishes for you to try.

 The specials for January will be:

First week of January – Caldo gallego : a traditional Galician broth made with grelos (a traditional vegetable from Galicia normally used in January/March) eaten in the coldest of months of the year.

Second week of January – Pulpo a la gallega: Galician octopus (known as one of the best octopus of the worlds). Cooked and served in the most traditional Galician style; just boiled and served with potatoes, pimentón (Spanish paprika), extra virgin olive oil and sea salt.

Third week of January – Empanada gallega: a traditional Galician pie stuffed with meat.

Forth week of January – Vieiras: oven baked scallops.

Special Dessert – Tarta de Santiago: a popular almond cake.

Special WineAlbariño: one of the most distinctive white wine grapes in Spain
